So.........during my kitchen renovation extravaganza I probably spent MONTHS looking for the PERFECT pendant lights. Due to the layout of the galley kitchen, traditional large and beautiful pendant lights that I so desired were out of the question. I had to limit myself to the mini size...which is a total buzz kill. I found it terribly difficult to find lights that fit my design aesthetic and were under $300!
I already have my pendant lights installed and I didn't go with any of the ones on my list and I will tell you why shortly. However, I thought that this could be super valuable information for anyone who is on the search for a sophisticated modern mini pendant light on a tight budget. Many of these lights are under $50....I KNOW!!!
Ok, so back to the reason why I did not select any of these pendant lights for the kitchen remodel.
1) I really could not narrow down which light I liked the best.
2) I wanted a light that complimented the existing mid century modern semi flush mount I had in the kitchen.
I mean....isn’t it sweet? So I was looking on Etsy one day and these babies popped up!!!!
I was basically love at first sight and I went for it! I really love the way they look in the kitchen and I am happy with the fact they work well with the original fixture and that they are vintage (of course!)
I officially LOVE this little kitchen!!
